Terms and conditions of sale

These terms apply to purchases made for non-professional purposes from Laboratoires Lukas SAS, trading under the Le Palais des Reines brand, on lepalaisdesreines.fr. The version communicated at the time of the order applies.

2. Products and orders

Essential product characteristics, sizes, instructions and prices are shown on the product pages. The customer checks the basket, contact details and delivery address before confirming the order with an obligation to pay. Confirmation is sent by email. Products are offered subject to availability. If an item is found to be unavailable after ordering, the Maison contacts the customer to agree next steps; no replacement product is imposed.

3. Prices and payment

Retail prices are displayed in euros, including taxes and excluding delivery charges. The price shown at the time of ordering applies. Delivery charges are based on carrier costs and communicated before confirmation; packaging and preparation time are borne by the Maison. Available payment methods are those offered during checkout. No goods are dispatched before payment is received. Ownership transfers after full payment.

4. Delivery

In metropolitan France, preparation and delivery take a total of 3–5 working days after payment is received, unless another date is expressly agreed. Full details are set out in the Delivery conditions. Customers are invited to report any irregularity on receipt, without this being a condition for exercising their statutory rights.

5. Withdrawal, returns and refunds

Consumers generally have fourteen days from receipt to notify withdrawal. Details, the model form, refund rules and exceptions, particularly for certain unsealed goods that cannot be returned for hygiene or health reasons, are set out in the Returns and withdrawal policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Statutory guarantees

Consumers benefit from the statutory guarantee of conformity under the French Consumer Code and the guarantee against hidden defects under Articles 1641 onwards of the French Civil Code. These guarantees apply independently of the right of withdrawal. Requests may be sent to contact@lepalaisdesreines.fr or to the seller’s address above.

7. Personal data

The Privacy policy describes the processing required to manage the website and orders, and the rights of the persons concerned.

8. Intellectual property

The website’s texts, images, illustrations and distinctive signs are protected. Any use other than private use requires the rights holder’s permission.

9. Complaints, mediation and applicable law

For complaints, customers may contact the Maison at contact@lepalaisdesreines.fr. Information about consumer mediation is provided separately. French law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protections applicable to their situation. Court jurisdiction is determined by the applicable legal rules.

10. Professional customers

Professional orders are subject to separate terms. Prices, minimum quantities and payment terms are agreed individually with the professional customer.
